Support for automatically running TortoiseSVN pre-commit and post-commit hooks is available in te daily builds and will be available in the next release

I believe this: http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-settings.html#tsvn-dug-settings-hooks is what the request refers to.
