Projects should have a 'Project File' submenu

Many AnkhSVN commands on the solution and projects in the Solution Explorer apply to the project directory. It would be nice if projects and the solution would have a 'Project File' submenu containing about the same commands but then applicable on the file.

        I belive this is the same pain point as in "Support custom directory structure". It all boils down to being able to step out of .sln sandbox and being able to do what we currently have to do with Tortoise (or any other external SVN tool)
