Annotate - allow to ignore whitespaces

In TortoiseSVN I can shoose to ignore whitespace or whitespace changes for Blame. I cannot find any such option for AnkhSVN annotate.

This is important for me as a lot of our files went through mass reformatting a few years ago and without this option Annotate shows most lines as originating in this reformatting, while in fact they are a lot older.

        I have tried the daily build and I can see the option is already there. Great work and thanks a lot.

        This is probably the last frequently done thing which I am still doing in Tortoise instead of Ankh.
