Allow annotate from file history

I would like to see a possibility to initiate Annotate of given revision from file history (like Blame is available in TortoiseSVN history).

In many cases the log viewer is opened on a selection of files (especially when you click on a file with a .designer.XX or .resx file). In this case we can't always detect what file you like to open. The file list doesn't have this problem... But we are trying to solve this in a nicer way.

I can see it now. It is present in the bottom list of "Changed paths", but not in the history list itself. Would it be possible to add it directly in the history list, like "Show changes", which is already present there?

Strange. I am testing build 2.0.6058.370, but I do not see the feature present. I open a History viever for the file, but there is no annotate in its context menu.
